CESWI or The Center for Empowerment Seminars and Workshops, Inc. serves as a premier hub of development programs designed to meet the demands of government agencies and private institutions for an efficient and service-oriented workforce capable of bringing positive change in and outside their organization.

Joseph "JB" Bernat
Joseph “JB” Bernat is an educator and organization development (OD) practitioner. He has fourteen years of combined work experience involving organization development, learning and development, project development and management, strategic and operational planning, performance management, and quality management.
Meriam Jolodman
Jodlodman has over 20 years of experience as a senior training professional with a demonstrated history of holding top management position in multinational companies such as: IBM Daksch, Sykes Asia, Global University Systems Education Business Process Solutions and Services, etc. She is well-versed in designing and implementing leadership and communications-related programs.
Leah Marie Pourfouladchi
Pourfouladchi has more than 15 years of experience as a resource person for leadership and management, as well as strategic communication both in government and private companies. In 2012, she co-founded Center for Empowerment Seminars and Workshops, Inc. a training hub offering a wide variety of soft skills and other organizational development programs. Currently, she is the Managing Director of CESWI and the Public Relations Officer of the Multi-Sectoral Advisory & Action Group of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, where she designs and maintains cooperative relationship with public interest groups; organizes promotional or community-centered programs and events for clients for better brand awareness.
Leny Gutierrez-Gadiana
Gutierrez-Gadiana has more than 25 years of experience in conducting training -incorporating theories, creativity, and psycho-spiritual approach in imparting impactful and life-long learning. She is a teacher, licensed psychometrician, guidance counselor, capacity builder trainer, life coach and inspirational speaker who has worked with government, non-government, academic, and private organizations.
Gutierrez-Gadiana has also authored various modules on leadership, team building, mental health, suicide intervention, positive psychology, and mindfulness both for the academe and workplace and was interviewed on CNN Philippines as a resource specialist on Mental Resilience and other psychology-related topics.
Her current project is developing The Sikolohiyang Filipino curriculum with DepEd.
Leandre Andres Dacanay
Marjo Reyes
Marjo Reyes has over 18 years experience in Strategic Implementation and Project Management. She is also a committed advocate of Online Child Safety and has collaborated with UNICEF, ECPAT and INTERPOL in this field. Currently, she is the Vice President of BDO Unibank.
Philippe Jose Hernandez
Hernandez has conducted seminars and workshops on leadership and management, strategic thinking, effective communication, and other related subjects to private and government institutions such as: The Philippine Coastguard, Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), among others. He is an accomplished public speaker, editor, teacher, writer and researcher. Currently, he is the Director of the Communications Bureau of the University of Sto. Tomas where he primarily employs agile leadership and design thinking principles in leading his group of content creators, creatives and digital media management team.
